Simpson Park was filled with hundreds of people Friday as they admired the lights and lighting displays filling the park for this year's Festival of LIghts. A lighting ceremony was held Friday evening and lights and displays for the Festival of LIghts fill up all 26-acres of Simpson Park. The lights are turned on around 5 p.m. daily and turn off around midnight. The Festival of Lights will continue until Jan. 2, 2008.
