January 4, 2008 -  Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services personnel installed a smoke detector in the fire department's new command post trailer this (Friday) morning. The trailer will be used as a command post at large-scale incidents and will be utilized in fire prevention. The Missouri Department of Conservation donated the trailer to the department last summer.
