CAPTION: Hedrick Medical Center is in the process of receiving and installing a new, state-of-the-art “64 slice CT Scanner.” This piece of equipment is the most cutting-edge technology for the Chillicothe area, according to HMC Marketing Director Heather Deshayes. This scanner can take much more detailed pictures which will allow patients the opportunity to stay in the Chillicothe community for tests they otherwise would have had to travel distances.
