CAPTION: Kyle Sears, of Jefferson City, Mo., works on taking down razor wire along the west side of the former Chillicothe Correctional Center this (Wednesday) morning. Sears, a state employee, estimated that there is more than 10,000 feet of razor wire around the old prison, but 90 percent, he said, has been taken down. Work on taking down the wire started February 23.
