Fosdick appointed as Third Ward Councilman

Josh Fosdick was appointed as the City’s new Third Ward Councilman on November 9, 2020 after the resignation of Councilman Michael Smith. Councilman Smith announced his resignation at the end of the September 29th Council Meeting stating that he is moving outside the Third Ward.
