Arts and Entertainment
- Gary Dickinson Performing Arts Center, part of the Chillicothe R2 High School Campus, seats 845 and is the site for high school drama productions and concerts as well as numerous events hosted by the community and the Chillicothe Arts Council.
- Chillicothe Arts Council provides a season of quality arts programming. Season tickets are available as well as tickets per event at the door. Contact the Arts Council at 660-646-1173.
- The Chillicothe Arts Council now presents the Chilli Arts Opry Show. It features classic Country by the Opry Band and Area Vocalists, with Special Guest Vocalists 3 times a season. Shows are held on the third Saturday of each month, except for August and December. For more information, call/text the arts office at 660-646-1173.
- Ballet Arts Center for Dance, 619 Locust, offers ballet, tap, and jazz classes for ages two years to adult. Contact 660-646-4220.
- Grand Six Movie Theatres, 3100 Grand (Hwy 65 and 190), 660-646-7469. Open daily.
- Theatre - City State, Inc. - A community theater organization offering interested persons the opportunities of live theater and workshops, as well as drama camps. Contact the Arts Council for upcoming events and auditions.
