Board of Public Works has a Board opening

News Release:

The Mayor of the City of Chillicothe, Missouri is now accepting applications to fill a board vacancy on the Chillicothe Municipal Utilities Board of Public Works:  Any interested parties can pick up a board volunteer form at the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, 715 Washington Street or on the City’s website. Qualifications:  Resident of the City of Chillicothe for at least two (2) years preceding their appointment.  [Sec 705.040 of the Code of Ordinances states:  Not more that 2 members of the board of public works shall belong to the same political party and its administration shall all respects be entirely non-partisan.]

Forms should be submitted by December 19, 2022 at 5 pm.
