Gravesville Park

Gravesville Park

Gravesville Park is located in the southeast part of Chillicothe. The park is approximately 1.5 acres in size and has been a part of the Parks and Recreation Department since 1959.

The facility includes a practice ball field, which is also used for soccer and youth flag football in the fall. Also, Gravesville Park is home to a playground, pavilion, and basketball court. Elmer Perry and his wife, Annie, gave land to the city of Chillicothe for development of a park in 1959. A memorial marker was donated by Perry grandchildren - John T. Steele, Paul W. Steele and Ruth Ann Steele.
