CMU now accepting BIDS

NOTICE - Chillicothe Municipal Utilities is accepting sealed bids for approximately 5,500’ of 69 kV Transmission right of way clearing. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m., on April 19, 2024, at the office of the General Manager of CMU, 920 Washington Street, PO Box 140, Chillicothe Missouri 64601. For additional specifications, contact Matt Hopper at 660-646-1683. Bids should be clearly marked “Transmission Right of Way Clearing.” ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION OF BIDS: Chillicothe Municipal Utilities has the right to accept the bid which is in its judgment, is the lowest and best bid, to reject any or all bids, and to waive any information, omissions, oversights, or irregularities in any bid.
