The City of Chillicothe, Missouri is selling the 3 empty lots listed below.  The lots are selling for $5,000.00 each.  Be the first person to come to city hall at 715 Washington Street, Chillicothe, Missouri, 64601 with cash or a cashier’s check and claim your new property.  Please note that in addition to the $5,000.00 there will be a $27.00 filing fee required.

Lot # 1:  1547 Bryan Street (empty lot with structure): This lot has been sold!  The South Half of the following described tract:  A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Fifty-eight (58), Range Twenty-four (24), Livingston County, Missouri, described as follows:  Beginning 181 ½ feet East of the intersection of the East line of Cemetery Lane and the North line of Bryan Street; thence East 100 feet; Thence North 240 feet; thence West 100 feet; thence south 240 feet, to the place of beginning.  

Lot#2:  615 Vine Street (empty lot):  All of the West 120 feet to Lot Two (2) in Block Thirty-five (35) of Original survey of the City of Chillicothe, Livingston County, Missouri.

Lot#3:  350 Jackson Street (empty lot): Beginning at the point of intersection of the East line of Easton Street with the South line of Jackson Street, City of Chillicothe, Livingston County, Missouri; thence East 50 feet; thence South 122 feet, more or less to alley; thence West 50 feet to Easton Street; thence North along East line of Easton Street to the beginning.  The same being lot 2 AND excess of ground adjoining same on the West of Block 1 of Barney’s Addition.
