Invitation to Bid

THE CITY OF CHILLICOTHE, MISSOURI is currently soliciting bids for a contractor to provide mowing services to mow nuisance properties for the City of Chillicothe as directed by the Code Enforcement Officer, Gil Gates and in addition city properties to include the Police Station, Fire Training Center, Police Shooting Range, and any other properties the city may acquire. The contractor shall agree to furnish all equipment and fuel that may be necessary.  Sample contract with licensing and insurance details is available at the City Clerk’s office.  Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City Clerk’s office at 715 Washington Street, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601 until February 15, 2024, at 10 am.  Bids must be sealed and labels “Mowing Services”.

ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTIONS OF BIDS.  The City Council reserves the right to accept the bid which in its judgement is the lowest and best bid; and to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities, omissions, oversights, or irregularities in any bid.
