Invitation to Bid - Concrete

THE CITY OF CHILLICOTHE, MISSOURI, is currently soliciting bids from responsible vendors for concrete for the City’s Sidewalk Improvement Program.   Vendors are to submit sealed bids on a per cubic yard basis.  The bid price quoted should be for delivered cost.  Bid Specs are available at the City Clerk’s Office or by calling 660-646-1877.  Please see the attachment for bid specs.

Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City Clerk’s office at 715 Washington Street, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601 until May 24, 2023, at 10 am.  Bids must be sealed and labeled “Concrete for Sidewalks”.  The contract period for concrete is June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2023.

ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTIONS OF BIDS.  The City Council reserves the right to accept the bid which in its judgement is the lowest and best bid; and to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities, omissions, oversights, or irregularities in any bid.
