Invitation to Bid - Parks & Recreation Concessions

INVITATION TO BID

The CITY OF CHILLICOTHE, MISSOURI, will accept sealed bids for the following Parks and Recreation Department concession items:

           A. Confectionary items and pre-packaged items

          B. Meats and other food items (both fried and non-fried)

          C. Ice cream products including novelty items

           D. Snack chips

           E. Miscellaneous items associated with operating a concession facility

Bids will be accepted until 1:00 p.m. Thursday May 4, 2023, and are to be mailed or delivered to the City Clerk's office, 715 Washington Street, Chillicothe, Missouri, 64601; in a sealed envelope labeled “Parks Concession Bid”.

Bid proposals may include any or all of items and will be opened at the time and date listed above.

Bid specifications outlining the exact products sought in each category above are available at the City Clerk’s office until the time of the bid opening. ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION OF BIDS: The Chillicothe City Council has the right to accept the bid which in its judgment is the lowest and best bid, and to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities, omissions, oversights, or irregularities in any bid.
