Mowing Bids

INVITATION TO BID

THE CITY OF CHILLICOTHE, MISSOURI is currently soliciting bids for a contractor to provide mowing services to mow nuisance properties for the City as directed by the Code Enforcement Officer.  The contractor shall agree to furnish all equipment and gasoline that may be necessary.   Sample contract with licensing and insurance details is available at the City Clerk’s office.  Sealed bids will be accepted at the City Clerk’s Office at 715 Washington Street, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601 until 11:00 a.m., April 1, 2022.  Bids must be labeled “Mowing Services”. 

ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION OF BIDS.  The City Council reserves the right to accept the bid which in its judgment is the lowest and best bid; and to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities, omissions, oversights, or irregularities in any bid.
