Operations Manager

Chillicothe Municipal Utilities is seeking a full-time experienced Operations Manager to assist in the planning and coordination of the commercial functions of the utility operations under the direction of the General Manager. The desired candidate must possess effective communication skills, both orally and in written form, and the ability to maintain positive working relationships with proven managerial experience. The candidate must possess strong computer literacy.  Attendance and participation at all Board of Public Works meetings and budget meetings are required.
