PUBLIC NOTICE

 

The City of Chillicothe will be soliciting interest for a CDBG grant for the demolition of Nuisance structures.  The property owners would be required to meet the following guidelines:

 

  1. No utilities to the structure in the last 12 months.
  2. Proof of ownership with clear title.
  3. A citizen match of $500 minimum for residential structures or 20 % for commercial structures.
