TAKE NOTICE that the City of Chillicothe, Missouri intends to sell the following described real estate by sealed bids: 

1020 Cherry Street (vacant lot): All of Lot 1 (One) of Block 10 (ten) of King’s Addition to the City of Chillicothe, Livingston County, Missouri

Sealed bids are due to the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall 715 Washington Street, Chillicothe, MO  64601 by 5:00 p.m. on November 12, 2021.  Bid forms are available at the City Clerk’s office.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the above described properties unto Grantee, Grantee's heirs, successors and/or assigns forever; so that neither Grantor nor Grantor's heirs, successors and/or assigns shall have claim or demand any right or title to the properties described above.

The City of Chillicothe reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers and to waive any informalities, omission, oversights or irregularities in any bid.
