Storm Debris

This is a friendly reminder to all Chillicothe Missouri residents. The Chillicothe street department will not be picking up any storm debris on the curbside. We ask that you take your storm debris to the CMU burn pile. If you are unfamiliar with it's location here are some directions to help you: If you are headed south on Washington Street Turn Left on to Third street, until you reach Mitchell Ave, then turn right and go to Ryan Lane. At Ryan Lane take a left and go over the railroad tracks and the burn pile will be on the right side. They only accept tree branches and limbs. If you do not have a truck or trailer to haul your storm debris please reach out to neighbors, friends and family for help. Thank you. **UPDATE** We have been informed that Yard waste may be disposed of by purchasing $.75 sticker per bag (40 gal. maximum size bag) at the CMU office. This may help you dispose of your yard waste. You can just call them when you put them on the curb and they will pick it up.
