The Driver Examiner's are located at 715 Washington Street, Chillicothe, MO, 64601 (Inside of City Hall).  Phone:  660-973-4192

Once you enter City Hall please look for the water fountain.  The  the Driver's Examiner's office is down the hallway to the left of the water fountain.
