Invitation to Bid

THE CITY OF CHILLICOTHE, MISSOURI is now accepting sealed bids for one (1) used double smooth drum compactor, must have diesel engine; 3 to 5 ton; 50 to 55 inches wide; vibratory systems; and water spraying system.  Please include the hours and any warranty.  Sealed bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. on April 19, 2022, at the City Clerk’s Office in City Hall, 715 Washington Street, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.  Bid specifications and questions may be directed to Jeff Gillespie at 660-646-3811.

ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION OF BIDS: The City Council reserves the right to accept the bid which, in its judgement is the lowest and most responsible bid; and to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities, omission, oversights or irregularities in any bid.
